1.) Divine Intervention and Strength.
During the week I was so over-worked such that for 2 nights I barely had upto 4 hours sleep and so this morning, Sunday, June 27, 2010, the thought of rising up from the bed to come to church seemed a huge burden. Every joint was aching me. But then it occurred to me that if it were a working day, I would still have to get up and get down to work. When I thought about that, I just asked the Lord for strength, and to the glory of God, as I took the first step and stood up, I discovered I was being strengthened from one minute to the other. I feel so strong now.
Secondly I was informed that there were some major issues that came up in my extended family. Sincerely, I didn't know how I was going to handle it. I had actually made up my mind that I was going to be harsh but, I kept hearing a voice encouraging me to pray about. I did pray about it and, to the glory of God, what could have been very stormy went peacefully and everything was resolved. Praise the Lord!

2.) Safe Child Delivery.
This is to testify to the goodness of God in my life for concerning the delivery of my baby. I'd like to use this opportunity to thank God immensely for standing by me during the delivery of my precious baby girl. Though the labour period was quite challenging and took time, God strengthened me. I was so weak that I couldn't deliver the baby naturally and when I was told that it would be through operation, I was actually scared but I thank God that He took control. The doctors and nurses too were very cordial. My baby was not too well after delivery but I give God all the glory that my baby and I are perfectly okay and bouncing. Praise the Lord!

3.) Stress Free Life!
I want to bless the name of the Lord for His mercies and goodness in my family. At the beginning of this year 2010, I prayed to God concerning my family, to heal my son of his sickness, prayed for my husband's business and also for myself, to live a stress free life this year. God gave me a word in II Chron. 20 vs. 30. To the glory of God, my son is enjoying healthy living. Unlike previously when he will miss school upto 14 times in a term, he did not miss school at all in the term that ended in April. Secondly, my husband's business is booming and prospering. No lack in the family. Finally, I'm also living a stress free life, all to the glory of God. Praise the Lord!

4.) Safety.
This is to testify to the goodness of God in my life for safety. During the week, I went to supply drinks at Lekki. As we were about to move, a crate fell and injured my colleague. He had a deep cut and was bleeding profusely. Unfortunately, there was no hospital close by and I didn't know what to do, but to God be the glory, He stirred people around who came to our aid and helped to stop the bleeding.
